Legal
Within the
scope of the use of our website, your personal data (hereinafter only
“data”) are processed. The data may include, for example, your name, address, e-mail address and other personal details. A processing represents here basically every way
of handling these data. In the following, you will therefore receive

Verkehrsunfallforschung an der TU Dresden GmbH on the basis of the
provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (DS-GVO) and the
applicable federal and state data protection laws.
A) Purposes and legal basis of our data processing
1. Registration
To
register, you can use our website. Without entering the mandatory data
mentioned during registration, the creation of a user profile is not
possible. The legal basis for the processing of this data is Art. 6
para. 1 p. 1 b) DSGVO, as the processing is necessary for the
performance of the contract existing between you and us.
2. Extension of the user profile
You

it in our system for use in the context of the useage of our services.
The legal basis for the processing of this data is your agreement to
Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 a) DSGVO.

Within the

show you uses that have already taken place in the past and to make
corresponding suggestions for further uses, including the services of
partners. The legal basis for the processing of this data is also Art. 6
para. 1 p. 1 b) DSGVO, as the processing is necessary for the
performance of the contract existing between you and us.
4. Newsletter
We
also process data in order to send you e-mails based on any consent you
may have given to receive newsletters. The legal basis for the
processing of this data is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1
a) DSGVO.
Consent to the sending of a newsletter

The
website provides a contact form for contacting us. The data entered

hosting provider and then forwarded via e-mail to the designated
mailbox. The forwarding takes place exclusively within the server, so
that a threat to the confidentiality of the data is effectively
excluded. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 b)
DSGVO.
Deviating from this, the legal basis for the collection of the
name is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 f) DSGVO. The legitimate interest for this
is a more personal address of the requester.
Consent to the processing of further data of the contact form.
In
addition to the required mandatory data, you have the option to provide
us with further contact information. This is voluntary information for
the processing of which you give us your agreement. The agreement
includes the processing to the same extent as listed for the mandatory
information.
6. E-mail contact
At various points on the
website, it is possible to contact us via the e-mail address provided.
The personal data transmitted, in particular the e-mail address itself,
is stored. This data is not passed on to third parties. The data is used
exclusively for processing the inquiry. The legal basis for the
processing of the data is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 f DSGVO. The legitimate
interest in processing the data lies in the implementation of the
contact. The data will be deleted after the purpose ceases to apply or
the communication is terminated. If an offer process takes place during
the communication, the processed data will be deleted after expiry of
the retention periods provided for this purpose.

page of our website containing the social plugin. If you are logged in
to Twitter at this time, your visit to our pages and all of your
interactions in connection with the social plugins (e.g. clicking the
“Twitter” button) can be assigned to your Twitter profile and stored by
Twitter. Even if you do not have a Twitter profile, it cannot be ruled
out that Twitter will store your IP address. Regarding the purpose and

full extent.
The data is not passed on to third parties. Piwik
uses user data in an anonymized form so that we can optimize our website

data about you when you call up this website. In particular, XING does
not store any IP addresses. There is also no evaluation of your usage
behavior via the use of cookies in connection with the “XING Share
Button”. The current data protection information on the “XING Share
